Pearson Fuels Expands E85 Network with 69 New Stations in 2025
Pearson Fuels, California’s leading distributor of E85 renewable fuel, announced the opening of 69 new E85 fueling stations in 2025, continuing its commitment to expanding access to affordable, lower-carbon fuel statewide.
The 2025 expansion reflects a multi-year growth strategy that has consistently delivered more than 60 new E85 stations annually. The company plans to maintain pace as demand for cost-effective, lower-carbon fuel options grows.
“Our focus has always been on steady, sustainable growth,” said Greg Jones, Pearson Fuels director of business development. “Looking ahead to 2026, we’re prioritizing areas that currently lack E85 to better serve both station partners and drivers.”
Consistent growth, statewide impact
With nearly 70 stations added in 2025, Pearson Fuels now supports over 450 locations across California. This steady expansion has positioned the company as a dependable infrastructure partner for station owners and a trusted fuel provider amid ongoing gasoline price volatility.
In recent years, Pearson Fuels has focused on expanding E85 access in high-demand and underserved markets, partnering with independent and branded station owners, ensuring reliable fuel supply, and increasing awareness that many vehicles on the road today are already E85 compatible.
Why E85 continues to gain momentum
E85, a blend of up to 85% renewable ethanol and gasoline, is approved for use in flex fuel vehicles and requires no vehicle modifications. For many California drivers, it offers meaningful cost savings at the pump while supporting broader renewable fuel and emissions-reduction goals.
Looking ahead
Pearson Fuels plans to continue opening upwards of 60 new E85 stations annually, reinforcing its commitment to California consumers. With each new station, the company advances its mission to make renewable fuel more accessible, affordable and reliable for California drivers.
