This application serves as a notice of interest by the below described organization. It will not serve as a commitment by the organization to proceed with an E-85 project nor may it be interpreted as a commitment on behalf of Pearson Fuels to proceed with the construction of a station. It is understood that no legally binding commitments are made unless the parties agree to work together documented through the execution of a Development Contract at a later date.

Describe any special circumstances that you feel will make your site a good location for an E-85 site (i.e. grassroots community support, community environmental awareness, commitments by municipalities to purchase the fuel for their fleets, currently high gasoline throughput, your control of multiple potential sites, etc.
